What will my job in contact center look like?
- Working in M+ connect is dynamic, and it involves a variety of tasks depending on the team, language, and brands. Whenever a customer sends us a query, we are here to respond as soon as possible. We are also here to solve customer issues, give answers and additional information. This job also includes contacting a potential customer for the purpose of selling a product or service.
- No, the job is simple. All you have to is to answer politely to customers questions. User-friendly software and knowledge you will gain during our training will help you with every task you are assigned to.
